Ground Up Construction
GGCI has a proven team of seasoned veteran construction professionals who think “outside the box” to establish the fastest and most economical way to pull a building out of the ground. We first start by building a traditional construction schedule to identify the critical path. Scopes of work and coordinated efforts are overlapped to maximize efficiency. Most of the time, the building becomes the critical element, therefore, all focus is directed at getting the building out of the ground, then finishing the site work as timing allows.
