Fast Track Scheduling is similar to “Ground Up Construction” with the caveat that there are not restrictions. All efforts are exhausted to utilize the maximum number of labor efforts. Materials will be staged on site for easy installation. Materials may even be panelized for reduced on-site efforts. The tradesmen will be schedule to work different shifts to maximize performance.
